On May 12th, the event “BIG TECH RECRUITMENT REVEALED” took place successfully with the participation of numerous students interested in the Marketing field and career development within the Big Tech environment.

The highlight of the program was the sharing session by Mr. Dinh Tran – the highest-ranking Vietnamese executive at Huawei Vietnam, who has also previously worked at Google and TikTok. With many years of experience in the international technology environment, the speaker provided practical insights into the recruitment process at large corporations, while sharing crucial criteria to help candidates stand out in a highly competitive market.

Through the program, students had the opportunity to better understand the recruitment process at Big Tech companies, the early skills preparation required for the Marketing industry, as well as the growth mindset and adaptability needed in high-pressure work environments.

Alongside the talk show, the “Reverse Interview” activity also received an enthusiastic response. Students directly played the role of candidates to experience simulated real-life recruitment scenarios. This activity not only helped improve communication and critical thinking skills but also assisted students in gaining a clearer understanding of their own strengths and career orientations.
