ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND FACULTY

The organizational structure of the Department of Marketing consists of the Department Office and specialized divisions corresponding to its academic concentrations. The Department Office is responsible for administrative operations and provides support to the Department leadership, the Posts and Telecommunications Economics Institute (PTEI), and the specialized divisions in teaching and research activities. The specialized divisions are responsible for delivering courses in the areas of Internet Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Digital Marketing Data Analytics.

The Department of Marketing at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) currently comprises 22 full-time faculty members with strong academic qualifications and extensive experience in teaching, research, and professional practice. The faculty includes:

• 06 PhD holders

• 01 doctoral candidate expected to defend their dissertation in September 2026
