Marketing students at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) are not only trained in theoretical foundations but also honed through practical projects and international competitions right from their time in school. This helps learners develop comprehensively in terms of professional expertise, mindset, and adaptability in a global environment.
Recently, student Nguyen Bich Hoa (D23 Marketing PTIT) – a member of the PTIT HEALTH team – excellently won the Promising Award at the HSIL Global Hackathon 2026, under the guidance of MSc. Nguyen Thi Thoa, lecturer of the Department of Marketing at PTIT. The competition, organized by the Health Systems Innovation Lab at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, is one of the premier academic and innovative playgrounds on a global scale.
The HSIL Global Hackathon 2026 was implemented with the theme “Building high-value health systems: leveraging AI”, requiring competing teams to build and refine their solutions within 48 continuous hours. This year, the competition gathered 19 hubs worldwide, among which the Vietnam Hub was one of the key organizing centers. The final round featured the participation of 41 outstanding teams, including scientists, doctors, healthcare professionals, AI engineers, data engineers, and students from various fields.
The achievement at the HSIL Global Hackathon 2026 is not only a personal milestone for the student but also clearly reflects the training quality and practical orientation of the Marketing program at PTIT. Students are equipped with knowledge deeply integrated with technology, data, and innovative thinking, enabling them to participate and compete in international arenas.
This result once again affirms the image of PTIT Marketing students – individuals who possess solid professional foundations, dare to take on challenges, and are ready to learn and shine in a global environment.
